REGISTRATION

STOP! PLEASE READ IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REGISTERING:

Attendees, please confirm your VFMA membership status BEFORE completing registration as it may affect the ticket rate you are eligible for.

Due to the cost incurred by VFMA when processing refunds, we will be unable to provide refunds for registrations purchased at the incorrect member/non-member rate. 

​

We may be able to apply the refund amount as a credit towards next year's conference.

Check your membership status using the login link below. If you have any questions regarding the login process or your status, please contact us at vafloodplain@gmail.com. You can pay your membership through the membership portal or there is an option to include the membership fee ($25) with your Conference registration below.

REGISTERING MULTIPLE ATTENDEES:

 

When Registering, please complete ONE Attendee Registration at a time. If you would like to register/ pay for multiple attendees at once please contact VFMA Conference Staff for instructions at gillian@bellatrixcg.com.

    VFMA is committed to hosting an annual conference with content addressing flooding issues faced by communities across the Commonwealth, such as riverine flooding, coastal flooding, floodplain mapping and modeling, climate change and future conditions, CRS, NFIP, best practices, & more!

Registration Rates:

  • MEMBER - Full Conference Registration: $350

  • NON-MEMBER - Full Conference Registration: $500

​

  • MEMBER Speaker - Full Conference Registration: $300

  • NON-MEMBER Speaker - Full Conference: $450

​

  • MEMBER - One-Day Registration: $180

  • NON-MEMBER One-Day Registration: $270

​

  • Student*: $100

​

*Student registrations require a valid ID.

Please note, this conference will be held in-person.

There will not be a virtual/hybrid component.

Ticket Cancellation & Transfer Policy 

Registration can be refunded in full, minus a $50 processing fee, if requested in writing by Friday, September 27, 2024​. Registration can be refunded at 50% if requested in writing by Friday, October 11, 2024​. Requests can be emailed to gillian@bellatrixcg.com​​. Conference Registration is fully transferable until Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
